Level Revamps
Hi everyone,
Riley, Design Lead on Gremlin Restoration here. Just a really short update today to keep everyone in the loop in regards to our goals moving forward.
Recently, as a team we have had a passionate discussion about our goals moving forward and what we want to achieve before our next big event around the end of November. After reviewing all the test data from PGF we all realised we had to make big improvements to the game as we aren't truly satisfied with our current product. There were some varying thoughts on how to best achieve this but we have come to a consensus on our course of action. Over the next coming weeks we will be making some much needed improvements to our tutorials and overall User Experience (UX). These plans are well under way and streamlining Level 1's tutorial is (naturally) first on our list. The main goal of these improvements are to create better flow in each level and increase the overall fun of the experience.
You may also have noticed things starting to look a bit nicer around here on our itch page. This was put on the back burner for perhaps longer than it should have been. Nonetheless we're tackling the task and a few more improvements are on their way here as well.
Like I said, keeping it short and sweet. You can expect a more details to come through in the next week or two regarding our specific enhancements.
